Steve Kisakye leads the new and rapidly growing Dalberg Implement business based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Dalberg deploys top talent to work directly with clients in a bespoke manner that allows for sustainability and impact to be accentuated.
Steve currently works in several sectors, including health, agriculture, climate change and youth employment. His work mostly involves leading teams that drive systems change by embedding in client spaces, including government, donors, funders and private sector actors. He has led the establishment of several project management offices and delivery units across a host of countries in Africa. He is part of a team that serves as the secretariat for the African Circular Economy Alliance (ACEA).
