Menna Shahin نة شاهين , born in 1987, is an Egyptian entrepreneur. She’s a pharmacist, founder of She Travels, and cofounder of an application to fight food waste called Tekeya. By the end of 2021, Tekeya was able to save more than 30,000 meals and offset 75 tonnes of CO2 emissions.
Menna is an experienced public speaker who has given a Tedx Talk in 2019 and was a keynote speaker at the World Youth Forum. In 2021, she won the Africa region of the category “women in tech” at the Global Startup Awards and was a finalist at the Egypt Entrepreneur Awards.
