Kigen Compton supports the idea that for us to change our impact on the environment, there must be a commercial motive. People will not change if it effects their financial position negatively. This is what has driven him towards this idea that solutions exist to the problems we face, and he is committed to solving at least one of them. He believes that to enact true change, the experience must be lived, not only at home but in our everyday lives.
Kigen has 15 years’ multinational experience in operational development across multiple sectors including construction, security, telecom and IT. He has worked in Europe, East Africa and the Caribbean, and served at different levels in the private sector, including projects, accounting, business performance and asset management.
