Tran Hong Ha is responsible for developing and implementing environmental legislation, regulations, standards, policies and guidelines in Vietnam. This includes total landscape management, remote sensing, surveying and mapping, planning and use of land, water resources, maritime and islands, mineral resources, geology, hydrometeorology, environment protection, biodiversity conservation and climate actions. He holds a PhD in Mineral Technology and Management.
