Nozipho Tshabalala

Nozipho Tshabalala is CEO of a firm dedicated to facilitating consequential conversations on global stages. She describes it as “helping smart people have simple conversations that make the world a better place.” Her clients are international organisations (UN, World Bank Group, AU, ILO, etc.), governments and multinationals in Africa. Nozipho is also a human capital advocate for the World Bank and global citizen in southern Africa. She is chairman designate for LRMG and extends her leadership on various other boards including Africa Leadership Initiative-South Africa, TEDx Gresham Place and the BeyGOOD Global Citizen Fellowship. She has served in government (The Presidency, RSA), civil society (Umlambo Foundation) and corporate entities (Tata Africa, CNBC Africa).
